Issue:
After creating a standalone controller configuration and completed the transfer to the controller,the descriptions on the as/400 will not vary on or autoconfig,the front panel of the controller flash error message 43110F
Cause:
Did not configure the correct AS/400 parameters.
Solution:
When the controller configuration was created the incorrect AS/400 Local location name was entered in the network parameters of the contollers configuration. confim and correct the problem by displaying the AS/400 network attributes.
Note:
(1) Default local Network Name (controller configuration) = Local Net ID (as/400 net attribute)
(2) H1 AS/400 System 1(controller configuration) = Default local location (as/400 attribute)
NOTE: The Local control point name and the default local location are the same on most AS/400, in some instances if they are different, the Default local location is required for the controller SNA configuration.
