Search Tip: You can increase the accuracy of your searches by using as many keywords as possible. Remove any common words such as "a", "or", "the" as they will be used in the search. Do not use any operands such as +, or quotation marks to enclose phrases.
FAQ on the Perle Knowledgebase
The Perle Knowledgebase contains articles that help with the most common problems and configurations encountered by our customers.
You can either navigate by selecting the product category and then the product type to view all documents.
You can also use the search engine to find articles by key word
Just specify the key words separated by spaces. Do not use any quotations or simple words like "and" or "the" as the engine does not parse these words out.
Note: the Perle Knowledgebase does not contain articles on configuration that are clearly described in the Perle User Guides, so if you do not see an article on a topic then make sure you have refered to your product User Guide.
Also issues that have been addressed by a recent Maintence Release may not be found also.
If you would like to request a new Knowledgebase Article on a topic that is not found or described in the User Guide please use the "Suggest New Article" link.
Rating our articles will help us ensure that the documents are helpful. Please submit any comments to our current articles especially if you rate the article low in order for us to correctly update it.
