Issue:
PWR LED blinking frequency
Solution:
PWR
On – Power is applied to the unit.
Blinking (slow) – The unit is in Loopback mode.
Blinking (fast) – The unit has a hardware failure.
Off – No Power to the unit.
Frequency of blinking:
Slow = 1 Hz
Fast = 2+ Hz
