Issue:
When CTS/RTS flow is used with the TA8, the signals are not working properly.

Cause:

TA8's units after part# 00-036000 had pins 4 (RTS) + 5 (CTS) reversed.
You can only identify them from the production# printed on the box:
part# 1100063-11 Rev 1.2 printed on unit or box
part# 1100063-12 production# 1200091-12 may be printed on box

Solution:

Re-wire the cable with CTS/RTS reversed from the specified pinout diagram.

All currently produced units have corrected this pinout problem.
part# 1100063-13 or higher
production# 1200091-13 or higher
Note: there was a small production run of units that were labeled on the boxes as TA8+. These are equivalent to 1200091-13.
