Issue:
How to disable DHCP on a Jetstream 85xx, 4008, and Lanstream 2000.
Solution:
On older firmware versions there was no ability to disable the unit from obtaining an IP address from a DHCP server through the Screen or Jetset configuration utility.
Use the CLI command:
set server dhcp off
to disable DHCP. Remember to save and reboot the unit.
Upgrading to the latest firmware will add the ability to disable DHCP from the screen mode or Jetset.
