Issue:
I am using the AT-FAST card to dial up to our WinNT 4.0 or 3.51 server. The card is currently set to IRQ 10 and Memory Base Address 100. If I then change these settings, shut down my machine and change the jumper settings on the card, NT starts up with the old settings and my card does not function, why?
Cause:
In the window where you change the settings for the AT-FAST card, there is an "Apply" button in the lower right hand corner. If you do not select this button but just say "OK" to the changes, this will not correctly write the configuration to the system and the configuration will revert to the old values.
Solution:
Please try making the changes again but press the "Apply" button before saying "OK".
