Issue:
How to check and update the PCI-RAS driver on Windows2000.
Solution: To check the driver version, Right click on "My Computer" icon and select properties. To update the driver, Select the "Update Driver..." button.
Click on "Hardware", then "Device Manager".
Click on the "Multi-port Serial Adapters".
Right click on the "Chase PCI-RAS x multi-modem Adapter".
Click on "properties".
Click on the "Driver" tab to show the driver version.
Make sure you have the new driver available for updating.
Restart your computer .
