Issue:
Perle 833IS displays F000xxx or F100xxx message on front panel.
Cause:
F000xxx or F100xxx where xxx < 30:
BIOS error, indictive of Flash corruption
Solution:
Boot the unit to factory defaults by holding the [Down Arrow] and [Escape] key while the unit is booting up.
The display will read 0123F... to indicate that Factory default is being used.
Reconfigure communication to the unit and download the firmware and configuration.
If this does not resolve the issue then the unit will have to be serviced.
