Dial out fails on Windows XP with US Robotics
Issue:
When using some US Robotics modems on the 833RAS, the dialout session on Windows XP will fail.
Cause:
Microsoft's Standard 56000 bps modem initialization string is not compatible with the modem and will cause errors during initialization.
Solution:
Configure the Dialout COM port with the Microsoft Standard 33600 bps modem model.
