Issue:
Issues with dial in, dial out, and faxing with the Perle PCI-RAS v.90 multimodem card.
Solution:
Ensure that you have the latest Perle driver
Ensure that you have the latest Multitech modem firmware. Use the Multitech Firmware Wizard for Windows to check the modem firmware.
The most current versions can be downloaded from our website (see link below)
