Issue:
What is the system overhead of WinAttach?
Solution:
CPU Usage - In normal conditions WinAttach uses no CPU. CPU is used in response to the following events: - You use the console command line features or "MS-DOSŪ" shell - A Windows NTŪ event occurs and you have event sending to the console port enabled Memory Usage - WinAttach's memory footprint varies according to tasks but should be around 1MB (VM). It's not possible to estimate actual memory usage, as this depends on Windows NT memory management and pressure from all running applications for memory. Disk Space - WinAttach, utilities and documentation take up about 16 MB on disk.
