Issue:
I have installed an AT-FAST into the system and in control panel you can view the COM ports, but when loading a terminal emulation package or trying to add a modem the ports are not shown. How can I resolve this problem?

Cause:
When this happens this is due to the fact that the IOAddress set in the system is different to the jumper IOAddress setting on the card.

Solution:
Check the IOAddresses and ensure that they match, this will resolve the problem.
