I keep getting errors such as ``RTOOB with Client Access.

Issue:
I keep getting errors when I try to connect my system such as ``RTOOB" or ``CWBSY1000" using Client Access and Netsoft Router. How do I get rid of these errors?

Solution:
Make sure you know the following information

:     a)   Workstation Address of this pc on the as/400 under the Links Tab
     b)   The System Name of the AS/400 under the System tab
          This can be found by keying in DSPNETA on any command line on the AS/400
          terminal.  The Default Local Location Name field.
     c)   Local Specific Name under the LU Tab

            If any of this information isn't known, you can
:===========================================================================
     Click          Start
     Click          Programs
     Click          Client Access
     Doube Click    NetSoft Router
     Double Click   NetSoft Administrator
     Right Click    On the netsoft router on the right
     Click          Properties
     Click          Links Tab
     Double click   twinax
                    Copy the workstation address (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6)
     Click          System tab
                    Copy the system name
     Click          LU tab
                    Copy the Local Specific Name

                To Delete and Recreate the Router
:===========================================================================

1)   Click          Start
     Click          Programs
     Click          Client Access
     Doube Click    NetSoft Router
     Double Click   NetSoft Administrator

2)   Right Click    On the netsoft router on the right
     Click          Delete
     Click          Yes to "Are you sure you want to delete?"

3)   Click          Workspace option (drop down menu at top of page)
     Click          New
     Click          NS Router

     This will drop a new router on the right hand side of the split
     screen where the old router was.

4)   Right Click    NS/Router
     Click          Properties
     Click          Link Tab
     Double click   Twinax
     Key-in         The twinax address of this workstation on
                    the AS/400

     Click          System tab
     Click          Add
     Key-in         Your system name
                    This can be found by keying in DSPNETA on any
                    command line on the AS/400 terminal.  The Default
                    Local Location Name field.

     Click          Ok

     In the lower half of the screen on the system tab, make sure there
     is a check in the box to set as default system.

     Click          LU tab
     Click          Enter local specific
     Key-in         A unique name for this pc     (i.e.  Leadtech)
     Click          Ok

Router has been recreated.

             Enabling 16 Bit Support in Client Access
===========================================================================

    Click           Start
    Click           Program
    Click           Client Access
    Double click    Client Access Properties

On the far right of this screen
:    Click           On the others tab

On the lower half of the screen, make sure the box for enable 16 bit
support has a check in it.

    Click           Apply     (This will reboot your machine).
