Issue:
The Perle controller will not boot has in the display 720||FF F0E300

Cause:
Can be caused by a faulty floppy diskette or floppy disk drive.

Solution:

Try the software backup diskette or create new software diskette.
Sometimes this can be caused if the floppy drive is dirty.
In very few cases has been known to be caused by the Sync card. 
try reseating the Sync card.
