The above errors are WSF (work station function)errors where xx  can have a value between 00 and 27 (decimal). xx refers to the actual device  generating the error.
The top line of the LCD typically will not indicate the slot number followed by the type of twinax card reporting the error. This error is usually caused by an invalid status code received from one or more twinax devices. In some cases, the device that the error was reported on may no longer be functioning because the Perle would have disabled the running task that was handling this specific device. To clear the error, reboot the controller.
 The device itself may need servicing.

The errors can also be caused by faulty twinax cabling or in some cases the twinax card itself may be acting up.

Try to disconnect the device(s) from the twinax card and reboot Perle. If error re-appears,that would require  replace the twinax card.
Check twinax TAC error (req 204) to determine if cabling or a HUB or a device may be causing high number of twinax errors.

To determine which device to remove, take the decimal value for xx and subtract 1 from it. Take that number and plot it on Chart 1 below to determine the actual station address and port which the device is physically connected to.
For example, 720 || 19 F00401
 where xx is 19 -1 =18.
Plot 18 on chart 1 which indicates that the device address 4 on Port 2 of the Perle twinax card.
