Issue:
Affinity 5250 Plug & Play, Microplus, and PCMCIA cards fail to work on certain Windows versions.
Cause:
Affinity 5250 Plug & Play, Microplus, and PCMCIA cards are supported on the Windows 9x and DOS environments only.
These card types are not supported on Windows NT based operating systems.
Solution:
The Affinity 5250 PCI and PCI-Express cards have additional support for Windows NT, 2000, and XP.
Step Saver 4.12 (or higher) and Visilink 5.12 (or higher) include the supported drivers for Windows 2000 and XP.
