Issue:
Clarification of the SNMP traps sent by the Perle 833AS and 833IS RAS servers.

Solution:
The 833IS sends trap messages:
When the unit restarts.
When an invalid login is detected

The last trap actually refers to an invalid login by an SNMP Management session.
This does not refer to logins by dial in clients.
