Issue:
RADIUS error: local error message is displayed from the Admin port of the CS9000 or Jetstream.
Cause:
A user attempted to log in with an unknown user ID or bad password.
Solution:
If this is a valid user then ensure that the user ID is either configured on:
- the Local User List
- the RADIUS server
Verify with the Server Configuration on what method of Authentication is enabled.
If using RADIUS, verify that the RADIUS configuration is correct and that the RADIUS server supports PAP.
