Issue:
Ioland presents a tty-like interface to the application in much the same way as a serial port.
Ioland can work with all terminal servers but if you require full I/O control (STREAMS tty modules) over the device then you can only use an Iolan+ terminal server with Ioland. Note: not all operating systems are supported for pushing the STREAMS tty modules.
Ioland is a calling process so the terminal server must be configured to listen for the connection: Iolan+ Access = Listen or Remote Mode = Raw or Telnet Jetstream Service = Reverse Raw or Reverse Telnet
