Issue:
I/O8+ diagnostic utility fails to detect PCI cards.
Cause:
By default the I/O8+ DOS diagnostic utility will only detect ISA cards.
Solution:
Add the /pci switch to the command to probe for PCI cards:
c:\ io8test.exe /pci
