Issue:
Iolan+ fails to load default settings When using the bootstrap menu to reset to factory defaults.
Cause:
Fault in the bootstrap eeprom coding.
Solution:
Ensure that your Iolan+ is using at least firmware version 4.05.02.
If the unit continues to fail the factory reset the bootstrap eeprom must be upgraded through our Service Centre.
Note: reseting to factory defaults from the command prompt is not affected (see the "facreset" command".
