Visilink fails to run on Windows XP

Issue:
When Visilink is started on a Windows XP OS it halts with an error:
"TW32 An supported version of Windows NT has been detected"

Cause:
Perle Visilink V5.11 or higher runs as a compatible mode program under Windows XP.

Solution:

The following procedure should be used to run Perle Visilink V5.11 or higher as a Win2000 compatible program.

1) Go to Start program menu and right click on Visilink program.
2) Go to properties.
3) Click on compatibility tab at top.
4) Select box - run this program in compatibility mode for:
5) Select Windows 2000.
6) Click apply tab.
7) Click OK to save and end.
8) Restart the Perle Visilink program and you should now obtain a signon screen to the AS/400.
