Issue:
There are two primary reason's for a detection / driver load failure for the SX host card.

Cause:

1. Driver is not installed or is incorrect version.
2. There is no concentrator attached.

Solution:

1. Verify that the appropriate driver has been installed (see your Manual for driver installation details). Older versions of the SI/XIO host card driver will fail to load the SX host card. Check our website for the latest version available for download.
2. The port concentrator must be attached to the host card when the driver attempts to detect and load the SX card. If the concentrator is not detected then the SX host card will not load.
