Issue:

When downloading the configuration to the 833 server the Manager displays a message:
User with Administrative Privileges must have a Password

Cause:

All user profiles in the local database that have Administrative privileges must have a configured password. The Perle Manager application checks all Admin user's before it will download a configuration to the Perle.

Solution:

Check the local user database for all Admin users. Verify that a password is configured.
